Facilities include a covered heated swimming pool, a hot-tub, a sauna, a Jacuzzi, a dance area, a meet and mingle area, an exhibitionist ballroom, an erotic cinema and both lockable and open playrooms.

Couples-only parties are held every Saturday.
Singles & Couples parties are every other Friday...please see website for further details.

As this is a house party we do ask you to bring all your own drink. We provide towels for all the wet area facilities. We start around 9.30pm and generally continue ‘till around 2ish on a Friday and 3ish on Saturdays. On Fridays we limit the number of single men to approximately half the number of couples.

Just went to my 1st party. Great place, massive with loads of rooms and a pool and hot tubs. Very clean and tidy, and welcoming. A 5 star place.

Our first visit to the club, great please, very well laid out.

Very welcoming and understanding.

Lots of sexy people.

Smoking area, was the only bad point for us, as it was in the middle of the club and with the low roof it got very smokie.

But saying that it did not spoil out first night at the club.

Can't wait to go again.

we have been attending clubs and parties for many years, its great to have this club so close, they are going from strength to strenght, each time we go it is getting better attended. we went last week with dutch friends again who love it to. very attractive people and a lot of very hot action keep up the good work guys

We went to Ab Fab in July and had a great time.

Really nice people and a really nice venue.

We have been a number of times here and like it, the layout is very nice, lovely outdoor covered warm pool, jacussi, sauna, and plenty of play rooms. The lounge is a little small but then who wants to go to just chat lol, we esp like the erotic cinema where we tend to have had the most fun. Worth a visit as the now run every fri and sat.

Went along for my first swinging experience and was very impressed. Great setup everyone was very friendly and once signed up was shown round the entire house.
They had everything from a cinema to a swimming pool.
Met two seperate couples on that night and had some fantastic fun in a variety of locations in the house.
Went to a room at 2am which was official closing time and never came out till 3am and we were never bothered and felt like I was at a hotel with very good service.
I, only being a newbie give this venue 5 stars and do honestly say if you haven;t tried it then get along there asap!
I will be there next Friday so if someone Scottish chats to you make sure and invite him in!!!!
